The dress must have been purchased on-line.
The return must be initiated within 48 hours of receiving the dress.
A $45 restocking fee will be deducted from your store credit.
The dress must be in its original, unworn condition with all tags attached.
Contact our customer service team within the specified timeframe to notify us of your return request.
Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to proceed.
Pack the dress securely in its original packaging, including all accessories, tags, and any additional items that came with the dress.
Clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the package.
Ship the package to our designated address using a traceable and insured shipping method. Please note that shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Once we receive the dress and verify its condition, we will process your return or exchange accordingly.
We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges that do not meet the conditions outlined above.
